If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 10 I would! Had been going there for yrs ONLY because it was close to where I worked. My last attempt (note: it will be my LAST!!) to get glasses was a nightmare. The lazy a** women who "worked" there told me I had no insurance. Said this before even checking my file that would have showed I DID. Clearly these useless, rude creatures would have had to actually do the job they were hired for (which they obviously went out of their way to avoid!) in order to submit for insurance cover... read more
