Great customer service! This was my first time at Fortney Eyecare (Livonia) and I was very pleased. I felt welcomed and treated very well by every staff member. The doctor was friendly and thorough, and Tere, who helped with the choosing of my new frames from a very large selection, was very helpful. Good doctor poor customer service 2/4/09 I visited Fortney Eyecare for the first time 2/4/09. I had assistance from the office manager at the Livonia location in finding a nice pair of glasses. The glasses she suggested would look nice in were marked at $115.00. Well that made me like the glasses even more and I did look cute in them.
