THIS COMPANY KNOWINGLY LEFT ME STRANDED !! My car would not start so I called my roadside service. A few minutes later I received a text message telling me that Fortner would be the provider. After waiting 1 ½ hours, I called them to ask where they were. The woman who answered told me that she verbally told the roadside agent that they did not have a truck to send out, and she said the agent sent over the request anyway.
