I scheduled myself an apt with them and the provider never showed and when I reached out to get another apt they wouldn’t schedule me! Th e lady Kendra cussed me out and said I was doing a no call no show but I called and texted while in the apt to let them know no one showed but of course they blamed me she also called me a half bread they are prejudice and disrespectful I wouldn’t take my dog here to get help!!!!! Lls mind you I reached out to them to help me but instead they rather drag me down further
My experience with Fortitude has been great. Everything is handled ethically, professionally and with compassion. I never feel like I'm overworking as a client with scheduling appointments or connecting with my provider. Thanks!
If you are having issues with mental health do yourself a favor and go to Fortitude Wellness!!! NP Hara and her amazing folks that work with her will do everything they can to get you well and work with you. They have restored my faith in humanity just by being their awesome and authentic selves. They are truly out here doing God's work. If you are a patient who legitimately needs narcotics to live daily live normallly don’t go here they will tell you first visit your not getting it before even knowing you and your story and life go somewhere else that’s not so judgmental
