We were due to leave our property in 2 days and we contacted Sean and he was able to send Michael out the next day. He informed us of a current grant program that is being offered for coastal properties and provided us an estimate for both a repair and new roof. Do NOT use this company. If minus stars were available I would go lower than one star. We contracted them one year ago, and: They lied about being able to stop the process (you have 3 days) we were told it could not be done at all. I asked to speak with the owner, and he would not speak with me, we got the salesman who lied to us in the first place. They damaged our siding and gave us $50.00 to fix it, we found later that was woefully inadequate. NOW after only one year the roof is leaking, and when I called Fortitude, I got... read more
Fortitude replaced my Old asphalt shingle roof with a new steel roof last summer! I was very impressed with their professionalism, the photos that they took and sent me each day showing the progress, and everything else that they did so well!
