Seriously consider whether you wish to rent an apartment at West Wind Landings in Savannah from this company. My partners apartment AC was left unfixed from 5th August until 9th October. During that time we had to purchase a portable AC Unit. This was used for three weeks whilst waiting for the management at West Wind Landings to deliver one to us. We had to run both that unit and the unit eventually supplied to keep the apartment as “bearable” as possible for the period between between 5th August and 9th October inclusive. ... read more
Just turned my house keys back over to the West Wind Landings Apartment complex that Fortis oversees. What a disappointing experience living here. I assure you that I’m not the only one facing a terrible living situation with this property they handle either. I have reached out to Fortis back in August via email when my AC stopped working and had zero assistance from the “higher ups” for 6 weeks.
