I live in The Coastal in Wilmington, NC. This place is infested with roach bugs and my AC unit goes out every two weeks. Come to find out the complex manager would not approve the parts to properly fix the AC unit. Maintenance just keep putting antifreeze in the system just for it to run out. Will not be renewing my lease!!!
