As the management company overseeing The Percy in Nashville, Fortis has repeatedly failed to resolve ongoing issues with my apartment. I have resided at Cape Landing Apartments for 4 years. They have always had a good group of maintenance workers, and the current office staff. Ricardo is an excellent maintenance worker. He is personable, polite and dependable. He has assisted in doing minor repairs in my unit. He does a good job. Thank you Ricardo and the rest of the staff at Cape Landing Apartments.

The manager, staff, and maintenance are incredibly kind, helpful, and very professional. I couldnt be happier with the level of support and attention given. This place is well run.
We lived there 4 yrs. Staffs are very friendly and maintenance are quick response. Big place to kids run around. But some dog owner don't follows the rule to pick up the dog drop. Leaking problem is a thing too. Overall.. good place.
