Very poor experience with this company. I read reviews of praise for this company, the pool water delivered looked the they got it from a pond and pumped it into our pool. There was thick algae that settled to the bottom and took 4 days to clear. I also do not believe they delivered 6000 gallons as our 6800 gallon pool was less then have full not even making it to the pump lines. We had to get a second company to come in and deliver an additional load of 4000 gallons.

Rude customer service! I wanted to find out more information and to see if they could deliver to my area and the email I received was rude and they call me cranky and made assumptions on me. When I was not "cranky" like the way they like to call me and calling me other names. When I was not at all being rude. Going back and forth with me on emails! They are rude and I will never go here again!

Extremely happy having used Fortin water for our pool water delivery. I was replacing a liner and the installer kept changing my install date. Fortin water was very accommodating and helpful with rescheduling the delivery. They came through for me big time! The water quality was excellent. The water very clear, with minimal adjustment to bring the water to pool water spec. The fastest I was ever able to get my pool ready for swimming. The delivery driver very professional.
