I lived in Forthright property for 2 years. It was a decent place to live but I found that they weren’t very quick at maintenance. I waited 6 months to get blinds on my living room window. My dishwasher didn’t do anything and they sent maintenance twice, never an appliance repair person and I ended up just washing my dishes as I was tired of sending in requests. Very unaccommodating and uncooperative. I needed to terminate my lease to due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control and they did not care.
