We rented our unit for just over a year when we decided the constant problems of other tenants were too much and moved. We paid 75$ to leave our lease early, and signed a contract that both parties would advertise our unit to have it rented (as long as the unit was empty, we had to continue paying rent). Not only did they not advertise on their end, but anyone we sent to view our place were brought to other units and they purposefully put in no effort to rent our unit since they were getting almost 2k a month of free rent. Nice place but price has become a joke. Expect $150 yearly rent increases, every year. Not a place to live long term. Signed on at $1200 3 years ago, they just sent lease renewal for $1730. My last lease renewal was at a higher price than they advertised the unit online. I had to argue to rent it at the advertised price. 3 years, never missed a payment, no discounts or consideration for that. Just increased rent fees yearly
Terrible management. Drove from an hour away just to find out they cancelled our tour and then when we tried to reschedule, they let us know that they had no more of the units we were going to look at.
We moved out late may of 2025, the townhouse layout worked for us. Now the bad we took care of the townhouse over our almost 4 years of living in this property. After four year there were very few scratches on the walls and 4 small holes from 2 spice racks . When we moved we had the place professionally cleaned including carpet cleaning. Well this company charged us 800 to paint and repair the walls. Well the next day the new people moved in so there was no repairs or paint.
