Town house's fit and finish where great. Office staff and maintenance are friendly and professional. I had a problem with my washing machine, called their head office, and they came out right away. When I had to move for work, they where accommodating, organized and on time for my move out inspection. I got my deposit back within two weeks, with a few minor patch and paint charges. At the end of the day, my experience with forthright Properties has been a positive one.
