I’m not usually one to complain, especially on social media about places when they’re less than up to par, but today I will. We had reservations at Fortel’s for 30 people as well as $140 worth of food ordered for today at noon. They open at 11 am on Sunday. I am well aware the roads weren’t great early this morning, however, by 11 they were fine. We got to Fortel’s at 11:56 and they were closed. No notice, no phone call, nothing. The pizza was better on previous visits.The atmosphere was fine.
We ordered the “Buffalo Chicken Pizza” and it wasn’t good. There was so much chicken on there that the entire pizza was dry. I’ve had frozen buffalo chicken pizza that’s been better. First time we were there and I won’t be back. Drinks were good.
I only give this place one star because they gave me my money back. Me and my family went in to have a bite to eat while our car was being fixed next door. We ordered 1 parmesan dinner and a fillly cheese stake sandwich with no peppers. I payed $45 for this. Which I was over charged, and they came back later to give me cash for the origional over charge. Then after waiting for over a jalf an hour they bring a sandwhich we didnt order and turns out the entire order I payed for was not made but they were making a pizza and som... read more
Worst Service and Pizza I've ever had!! Don't go to this place! Paid $47 for 2 pizza and "cheese sticks"! Ridiculous prices, service and food!
It is fantastic. Great pizza friendly staff. One of my favorite places to visit.
