Took it in for a specific service. Two days later got a call with a $3300 maintenance bill on a 60k mile vehicle that's usually serviced at the dealership. All repairs were proven to be completed but I was never asked about the additional (overkill) recommended service. When i asked why the service was done without approval ,I was told,"better to ask for forgiveness than permission". The work is excellent but can't trust the advisor.

I have been there to install a Trailer hitch on my Jeep. They worked on my Jeep least than 45 minutes. I was on site looking at the worker installing it. The cost for the installation was over $400. They justify my $533 an hour with all kinds of wrong arguments. I got a quote by phone the day prior that they did not respect.
