Mike gave me the lowest quote, explained everything clearly, and showed me potential issues and costs after inspecting my roof. His transparency and price—still below other quotes—made it an easy choice. They care about clients, answered all questions, and handled my HOA when I couldn’t. Forte Roofing lead by Pete Forte did an outstanding job at our school. They put on a metal roof on our approximately 20,000 square foot building. Pete and his guys sat with us and explained in detail the step by step procedure. The crew was courteous and fully aware that there were children on campus some of the time. They cleaned up daily making sure there was no dangerous fragments, screws or nails, and made the process tolerable throughout the entire process.
