I would never recommend this place. In my experience, there is a very unhealthy culture surrounding the classes. Male instructors are brought in, and there seems to be a lot of inappropriate behavior and blurred professional boundaries. It appeared that some female instructors encouraged this atmosphere rather than discouraging it. Great classes with skilled instructors who motivate you to do you best no matter what that looks like! Fun atmosphere and good variety of class types. Clean environment with good equipment for classes that use them.
Fall in love with this place. If you want to sweat this is your place.
Incredible workout and amazing environment. The staff and clients are so supportive. But that was my face when Angie said we were doing burpees jumping over a bar.
