The staff is always been very polite, love the nurse practitioner who I see, but to schedule a appointment is a nightmare, it takes 3 to 4 hours just to return my calls. It says you will not lose your place in line, but they don't get back to you for hours, who's calling?
Forte Family Practice has the WORST staff. I am truly amazed these doctors can stay in business with such horrible staff. I will never go back and I don't recommend you ever go.
Looking for a Primary Care Physician, I got a referral from another Dr. where I am a patient. I arrived at 11:15am for a 11:30 appointment. At 11:35 I was given a computer tablet to fill in my new patient information. It locked up and I finally got the information keyed in by 11:55. Then I sat until 1:00 pm ... one hour and 45 minutes after I arrived ... where I finally gave up and told the desk there was no way I could consider Dr. Ng for a PCP. Is he any good? I just wanted to say each and everytime I speak with a scheduler by the name of Marlo (excuse me if I am spelling the name wrong) but she is so nice and kind over the phone, I think she should be recognized for this considering all the bad reviews Forte Family Practice has on line..So Kudos to Marlo and keep up the good work!
