This company sells sub standard products and has terrible customer service. Jacob and staff have acknowledged damage their product has caused and had us send invoices and receipts as well as the defective product in order to reach a resolution and have since ignored all further emails. Their business does not show on BBB or the local business board. We will be filing through all appropriate agency’s short of filing suit on them.
