The whole experience was odd. This is not a standard builder where you can chose what does into your home. Rather, the sales agents act like gate keepers determining what you can and can not change pending "Mr. Elliott's" approval. They are both highly unprofessional with Cathy being only slightly less so. She was often too exhausted or frustrated to answer questions or discuss updates. Clearly annoyed with any contact. The sales lady was extraordinarily unprofessional for being a salesperson for $500k+ homes. Completely unwilling to even explain what houses were available and might as well have just told us to leave the way she was talking to us. Took our business elsewhere and spent $500k with another builder.
The sales lady at the site at 1pm on 5/28 was the most rude lazy unprofessional human I have ever had to deal with. Wish I cared to catch her name but really would not have done anyone any good I guess.
