I went in 2017 from an accident I had where I broke my pelvis and fractured my neck. if I had not gone here for physical therapy I would not have been able to get back on my feet so quickly and return to work. it made all the difference in my recovery. I came back 1 year later from another accident and broke my pelvis again and I am so grateful to have had the same physical therapist, Tamara. I will always recommend Fortanasce. thank you for all your help in my recovery!!

Very knowledgable staff. I've seen two people that were told they would never walk again to walking with canes. They helped me to go from no hiking to hiking tough terrain and improved balance
