Not very helpful.. we have this new clinic and it's ALWAYS understaffed, some of the offices don't even do their jobs and you end up missing appointments and deal with the pain on your own. I've been trying to get help from them for 2 or 3 years now without very much cooperation. When you skimp on medical services and care, you'll see that quality break down fast.
