worst experience ever with the manager my son had procedure done then i had to reschedule his post-op APT because he had the flu for the following week (never was i told that rescheduling the apt it will cost me $40 because it would not be classified as post-op apt anymore so when I talk to manager I ask why was i not informed of that if i would of known I would've taken him anyways with flu and everything she was rude and hang up on me when i ask to give me number for someone on top of her! they really don't care about thei... read more
Don't take copays when you come in for first visit then won't work with you on 2nd visit when they are trying to charge for both visits... Then said if I reschedule I'll owe 3 appointments even though I didn't stay for 2nd one. Id rate them a ZERO if I could ... Dr didn't even act like he wanted to help me last time....
Took samples of my very obvious fungal nails, (I’m fine with this). Then sent me to a Lab Corp for blood test and said they would call when they received the results. I got the blood test emailed to me the next morning (of course I cannot read a blood test myself) One week later, I called to check to see if the doctors office received the results, and they said “oh yeah, we just got your results and it came back positive for fungus.” I was billed accordingly with the clinic which was not a problem. Dr. McCreary came highly recommended. I was not disappointed, he listened to my concerns and was very helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful they made sure that I was scheduled quickly. Sandy was also very attentive and helpful.
