I actually did not have the same experience as the other reviewers. I made an appointment, confirmed my appointment, and drove 35 minutes to get a new permanent bracelet, fix an existing one and possibly get a necklace too. The place was difficult to find but was super cute inside. I walked in and was not greeted. She was working on a client when I got there but didn’t acknowledge nor welcome me so I sat for 15 minutes.
