I’ve had a frustrating experience with the Fort Worth Pain and Injury Center. While the doctor is amazing, it’s clear that the high volume of patients creates significant cracks in treatment. Unfortunately, I felt more like a number than a person in need of care. Although the staff is kind, they lack proper training, which led to major delays and poor communication.
