If I could give this place no stars I would. Very Unprofessional people, they dont care about their patients.
Unprofessional front desk reps! Not compassionate and understanding. Been dealing with them all week & I have been trying to see a doctor asap for a ER follow up (as instructed by the ER doctor), had my medical records faxed over to them myself from the ER! Someone called me and did not leave a message & no one can tell me who called! Smh. Not professional at all. I am already stressed & scared & no one seems to be concerned. Dora Bradford is a great N.P. but that's about it!
