0 stars Absolutely no customer appreciation and I will never give them my business. I hope Mitsubishi cares about having employees who do not care for customer satisfaction or safety. The employees here were more concerned with their egos than protecting the company's name. I don't know whether the technician used the lug nut lock key and forgot to return it to the bag connected to the jack tool he left out of its storage space in my cargo area or if I ever got one.
