Im tried of prescription I come in for for refills on not being sent and having to wait days at a time this time 10 and having to call them constantly. Also not send I just the right doses.
Fort Worth internal medicine office staff are very professional , polite and caring. Special thanks to Ale and Nayeli for going out their way making sure my documents are ready and also my appointments on point.
Been coming here for about a year and the girls at the front (Ale & Nayeli) have always been polite and prompt with any referrals , paperwork needed , accommodating my appointments that didn't interfere with my work schedule. Overall the staff is GREAT will continue to be a patient here.
They need to hire more staff because waiting for 45 minutes and still not able to set-up an appointment is crazy. Only reason I stayed on hold that long is because I had on earbuds and forgot I was on hold. They seemed agitated and overwhelmed so I will not be moving forward here cuz I would be angry dealing with this place.
