They need to hire more staff because waiting for 45 minutes and still not able to set-up an appointment is crazy. Only reason I stayed on hold that long is because I had on earbuds and forgot I was on hold. They seemed agitated and overwhelmed so I will not be moving forward here cuz I would be angry dealing with this place.

Office staff was very kind and professional. I did not have to wait for the doctor and was seen and treated in a timely manner. 10/10
