The constant rotation of staff is ridiculous. The staff is garbage
Ive been seen at this doctors office three times so far and each time the wait was long, but not like today. I arrived at my apt 15 minuets early, I had been waiting in the lobby and kept seeing other patients getting seen that arrived after me. I went to the front to check on why I had not been called in the 45 minutes total I had been here and it looked like the front desk secretary began to barely write my information on the sheet and take it to the back.. Went to VDNC today. Staff was friendly. Ray Castillo was very professional took time to explain my diagnosis. Took a while to get seen but office was full.
