An amazing experience all around, staff was very courteous and friendly, and my stylist Ashlynn did a wonderful job, i couldnt ask for a better cut. She was super friendly and knew what kind of things would go best with what I was looking for. Im thinking this is going to be the place for haircuts from now on. Not super expensive especially for the quality, she really took her time and made it perfect!
Was told halfway through that they can't really do men's haircuts. Then why do they offer them? Mine was terrible and looked nothing like the detailed photos I provided despite explaining it multiple times. I had to finish cutting down my hair myself, throwing away the $45 I spent.
Hazel did an amazing job! Sitting in her chair for the first time was very relaxing. She took the time to answer all my questions and understood my anxiety of wanting to get in and out! Quality of service was above and beyound what i have received elsewhere. She made sure I had coffee and while I was being processed check on me often. Caitlyn is the best stylist I've ever used. Fort Worth Hair Co is such a great environment, all the stylists are so professional and friendly. I am so happy I found Caitlyn and this salon. Caitlyn is a blonde expert! 10/10 recommend.
