Let me tell you how awesome this store is. I made a purchase online which was actually my first time shopping with Fort Worth Camera. I left from work to get there in which the hours work perfect for me. As soon as I got in about 30 seconds later Mr. Bruce was very inviting. A Great Place to Learn and Shop if You are into Photography, Cinema, Drones, and All Things Lens & Camera Oriented.
Earlier this year I took my camera in so they could send to the "manufacturer". After a few questionable conversations with the associates I found out they use a 3rd party which is an authorized dealer. That's all fine and dandy however their website is misleading and states ALL repairs are sent to the manufacturer. Which would mean my camera should go to Nikon and not an authorized dealer.
