I have received the star treatment when shopping or when I have questions (technical or not). I have done workshops that with them that I learned a few more things about my camera. The staff is helpful and if they don't know they get someone on staff who does know. That's what I really appreciate. They have given me viable options (less expensive but quality) purchasing lenses and other equipment. You must be patient for the Fort Worth store is small and gets crowded easily.
I have rented a number of times from the grapevine location and I love the service there. Great people and knowledgeable staff.
