Friendly service. Waiting room ok. Maybe add a tv. Had 3/4 wheels straightened. So the service is honest. However if you’re a specialist in wheels I would clean the wheels before giving the vehicle back to the customer. All my wheels had grease left on them. Also my rims were damaged in all the grease spots. Basically all around the outer lip of the wheel. The work this company does is magical. My rim looks like it's new. There's no way anyone could tell it had curb rash! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Communication was easy. I was able to send pictures through text and get an accurate quote. If I ever need them again, I'll definitely go back.
Derek and Will. Working with Fort Wayne Wheel Repair was an awesome experience. Derek the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly to talk with. Will one of his employees did the work and did an amazing job with my rim refinishing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who need rim repairs. Very friendly staff and got me in right away. A bit disappointed in the quality of the work. I was told to drop my truck off Thursday and that they’d hold it till Friday so the wheels dried properly. I dropped the truck off Thursday as soon as they opened and my wheels were not painted till the end of Friday. Seemed a little rushed in my opinion. Dust and flaws in the paint.
They did a great job buffing out the trim on my new Kia (hit a curb). The customer service on the phone was great. I used the lockers for drop off and pick up which was convenient. Located not too far off of 69. They were recommended to us by the locally owned car repair place we go, Woodward Tire service. Thanks!
