During our visit, their team shared valuable knowledge about urban forestry and sustainability with our youth. We were given Fort Wayne Trees as a recommendation when we built our new home. After choosing 3 trees from their selection for over $4,000 the experience has been downhill since. Delivery was set for a specific date that worked for our work schedules. Trees showed up a day early, luckily my neighbor was home to call me. We were told they had called before arriving.. showed me the paperwork and it was the wrong name and number. This is my first time purchase from Fort Wayne Trees and my experience has been satisfactory . I had in mind the tree I wanted, but after seeing all the trees there, I felt a bit overwhelmed. "Charles" was very patient and helpful answering my many questions while I vacillated on choosing the right tree. The date of delivery was as promised and the friendly staff who planted my tree made sure it was perfectly aligned. They mulched, watered, and cleaned up left over debris. Glad my neighbor referred them to me.

I found the staff helpful in selecting trees we needed. The delivery however took months longer than promised. When I called about one of my trees I was asked to put pictures on their website which I did. They said it was probably shock and to wait and see until the next spring. Interior of tree was dead. Finally when I contacted them I was informed that I was past the warranty period. I explained I sent pictures in and followed their directions. Trees are beautiful. Some mixed messages with the deep root treatment. One person said totally not necessary while another person strongly recommended.
