To start, for clarity, I left a 5 star review for the dealership. I do recommend them for purchasing a vehicle, but absolutely not for service. A few weeks ago, I made an appointment to have a brush guard installed on my truck. I left notes at the time of appointment creation that if they did not install these (aftermarket part) then no worries, just give me a call, I completely understand.
