Liked the video Sam the Service Tech did of the issue after the fix telling me what was wrong!
Although the staff are friendly, waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. I'd have been appreciative if I'd been notified upon arrival that they were understaffed and overbooked instead of when I asked for a status update after waiting 2 hours. Offering to reschedule me or allowing me to come back later would have been more considerate of my time.
I had an opportunity to fix my Toyota Camry over here. They provided free inspection and discounts. I just have to pay around $4500 for the torque converter replacement. They fixed my car within few days. The service guy was very kind and respectful. Thank you for your service.
New location is alot easier to pull into for service then the old one was!
