My mother will be leaving this dentist as a patient, as we are AGAIN, sitting in the parking lot and no one is in the office for her appointment.
I've been calling all morning and nobody is answering the phone. I have a unique situation and find it rude that I've left a message and nobody called back or is answering the phone since it shows that they are open today. I hope that I will get to change this review, but as of right now, this is disturbing.
Y'all... I'm irritated. Fort Wayne Smiles is getting some stars from me because they treated me well in the past. The hygienist, Cassie, is great. However... Dr. Reichwage retired. Congrats to him! I was supposed to have a cleaning in September. It was rescheduled, because the dentist who was buying the practice wasn't starting "until October". Fine.
