Communication throughout the process is excellent. Waiting time was minimal and service provided was excellent.
Everytime I have an appointment at least 30 people are packed into the waiting room. No way to maintain social distancing. To make it worse, plan on waiting up to an hour and a half to be seen. This business is the definition of an orthodontics mill. They take on way more people than they can realistically handle and then spend all day rushing through appointments all in an effort to maximize profits. If you want true personal care do not go here!
I went to get my wisdom teeth removed the dentist was rushing me and making me nervous he was also very rude I would never recommend their service to anyone.
Took very long time for what was to be simple cleaning. Spent most time trying to up sell. Very unhappy.
The dentist was great I really appreciate how patient and understanding they are
Every appointment I have had went well and will continue to come get my teeth cleaned at Familia Dental.
I had an amazing experience this week, there are new dentists who really took the time to listen and sympathize! They took my fears seriously and went the extra mile to make me comfortable, thank you!
