Went to Orthostat Clinic because of sudden, extreme back pain. I had a shoulder replacement in June, 2026. On July 30th I went to PT for my shoulder. I had a different therapist and she wanted me to lay on the table on my stomach (this is kinda involved, stay with me) which I didn’t want to do as I knew it would be uncomfortable.
