Rented from them for five years!! Got a notice to vacate saying I had thirty days to get out were selling the house. All I did was asked them to fix something which was a major repair plus some.Very unprofessional non business like and lets just say the people they send to fix things I could find on a corner on Broadway!! Horrible experience but moved on to bigger and better things turned out to be a blessing. I would never recommend to my worst enemy.

I've looked at several homes through them. They first told me one was only for sale not for rent. Then I was told it was for rent. Then I was told the neighbors want to purchase it. I went to find their office, both addresses listed on google don't exist. If you call the recording is woman named Sonja. She won't call you back.

Applied for a house online. Paid 40 dollars and never heard a word from them. Not a phone call or an email nothing. The house I applied for isnt even avaiable according to google. Be careful!! Tried calling them and emailing them no answer.

This is a scam! They require an application fee. Then never get back with you. Their address is a po box in pakmail. I had to fight to get my application fee back. Finally got to talk to someone, she claimed they didn't have any homes that met me requirements. Even though they had plenty of homes on their website that did match.
