First of all, I would give them 5 stars for the Recall repair, but somehow they deleted my appointment. So I had to wait because it wasn't done when I went to pick it up. They did get me in right away and got the service done in a timely manner. Because I had to wait, they swept the car and told me to come back when it was warmer, and I would get a free car wash. Due to that, I'm giving them 4 stars. [Update] I did get my free carwash, so I give them 4½ stars now. :)
I get my oil changed there because it's a hybrid. Not sure my local shop would be up to speed. They do a good job but it takes awhile, so be prepared to wait. First oil change took two hours and fifteen minutes. This time and hour and twenty minutes. Then the up sale. They recommended a fuel injection cleaning, for $199.00 on a car with 14,000 miles on it. So now that I can't trust this dealership they will be for oil changes only. Four stars because they did the service that I asked for and the staff is friendly.
