I had such a wonderful experience at this office for my first visit. From the moment I walked in, the front desk reception was very nice and welcoming. They checked me in promptly and made sure all of my information was correct. I was brought back pretty quickly, and Shelby was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, understanding, and attentive. I ll never visit this facility ever again. Dr. Rando is very unprofessional, non functional air conditioning. Front desk staff was the only positive.
Makes appointment for 11PM, call you in and take vitals at 11:50pm. One hour later and still waiting to see my generalist doctor. Did someone forgot to call me? This is a bad as in any general hospital Emergency Room wait, and you make an appointment! Ridiculous, and it's 1PM and still waiting to see my doctor. Don't come here if you have multiple tasks same day, you may miss 1/3 of your day.
