Makes appointment for 11PM, call you in and take vitals at 11:50pm. One hour later and still waiting to see my generalist doctor. Did someone forgot to call me? This is a bad as in any general hospital Emergency Room wait, and you make an appointment! Ridiculous, and it's 1PM and still waiting to see my doctor. Don't come here if you have multiple tasks same day, you may miss 1/3 of your day.
Amo a mi doctor por eso sigo viniendo a esta clínica, pero el personal no es consiente, para sacarte una sangre duran más de 2 horas para sacar sangre, no le importa el tiempo de espera que tengas, no son profesionales. Van a perder muchos pacientes por la forma desorganizada la cual trabajan.
I came here on july 14 to see the eye doctor , apparently she’s only there every Tuesday . My appointment was for 10:30am I got there at 10:15 because it was my first time seeing her . The lady in the front desk that day , she had me standing there and took her time to ask me if I needed help , I said I had an eye appointment , didn’t even ask for my DOB just my name, I still provided my DOB. Had an appointment with the Gyn at this clinic. I’d say that they are very nice people but the scheduling is bad. You ll be here for hours. Also very unorganized and have to pull answers out of the doctor.
I began going here a month ago for physical therapy for my shoulder. I actually meant to go to the place next door but didn't realize they were two separate businesses. But it turned out well because the staff here is nice, friendly and always attentive. After some exercises the physical therapist helps me do some stretches. He always pushes me just a little bit more beyond the point it starts hurting and holds my arm there for a few seconds. It hurts but it's helpful to push beyond the pain.
