DO NOT get a Covid test here! The test is covered by insurance but they charge a $50 specimen handling fee and $156 office visit fee despite the fact that you are not examined by a doctor. It's predatory and opportunist at best but seems more like a scam.
Because of my pregnancy symptoms I have to get an ultrasound done every four weeks. They messed up the scheduling, so they had to make the tech stay later on a Friday evening for me. she completely hid the screen from me and would not show me anything so I couldn't see my baby. no photos. no comments. so cruel. go somewhere else if you're able to.

Medstar Montgomery General hospital has ALWAYS been subpar. My father contracted a staph infection at this hospital after a routine hip replacement due to the poor infection control procedures and unsanitary staff hand washing. RecommendedToday 9 September 2020 I beat cancer and it was due to the awesome staff and the treatment that the Auerbach & Bahrain team provided. They are extremely professional and friendly looking for ways to keep the atmosphere alive and kicking. Thanks Again for your support.
The complete lack of compassion, care, and empathy for their patients, especially the elderly from what I’ve seen, is disgusting. I don’t know how anyone who works here can sleep at night.

They do not put patients first. If they did they would allow spouses or significant other to visit. It crucial for the recpvery of patients that are feeling isolated and abandoned! claiming it's because of covid-19 is beyond rediculess! The hospital staff go out to eat, go to bars, go to Wal-Mart, and ride mass transit. Your employees are a greater threat to our loved ones the we could ever be. Your excluding the greats asset for healing, the touch of a loved one. what are you hiding or is just about money?
Treat all patients equally with quality care. My sister was in the ER for 6 hours or longer and was never given a glass of water . I had to walk her to the car after she was forced to get dressed in a hallway . Of course I reported this and there was a cover up. She spent a lot of time in this hospital. She woke up one night and there was a naked man sitting on the bottom of her bed. She screamed. Of course, this too was swept under the rug.
