My husband has had 3 Pulmonary appts rescheduled this yr by the office. I am discusded that my husband is expected to wait now until August. UNEXCEPTIBALE!!! Urgent care means what? Wait 3 hrs, let the staff go to lunch. Then after you complain enough........vitals are taken in the waiting room and you can clearly see vacant rooms for privacy.
