I had hoped things would improve after my last review, but unfortunately, I’m still dealing with major issues in this apartment. While management did repair the collapsed bathroom ceiling, they have not fixed the additional damage caused by the water leak. Now, an even more disturbing problem has developed—birds are freely entering my apartment while I’m away and defecating throughout the unit. Unacceptable Living Conditions – Hoping for Management to Respond I have been living in this apartment since August, and the experience has been unacceptable. Several significant issues make this property unlivable: 1. Roach Infestation: Massive roaches are a daily occurrence, making the apartment incredibly uncomfortable and unsanitary. 2.
