Great facility - very welcoming staff and members! Just finished my foundations course with coach Robbie. As someone who has lifted a lot in the past - I was pretty hesitant about the 10 course commitment - however Robbie was engaging, passionate, and taught us all a lot. I feel very prepared and confident to jump into a class now!
