Generally these guys are good but a while ago I took bike bike here to get a new rear wheel and tire. They put on a significantly deeper wheel and a smaller volume tire and now I get flats all the time on it. I went back the day after but they wanted me to pay for a new tire rather than just take back the incorrect one they gave me and allow me to buy a new one minus the cost of the incorrect tire. Adam is a good man and service of Fort st cycle is very nice I recommend them they are very pocket friendly and punctual
Bought my first Cannondale from Fort Street back in 2016 and had a great experience. Bought my second bike, on sale, from Adam not realising he is the owner. Amazing store, amazing experience. They went way above and beyond anything I would expect out of a bike store. Getting a proper bike fitting just seals the experience. 2 hours and a great bike became a whole new experience.
