I came in with an issue and they were super helpful and fast!
Adam was an absolute pleasure to work with. He ordered me a part for my Kavenz mountain bike and was very good about keeping me up to date via email throughout the process. I'm not local to Victoria so he shipped the part to me. Upon receiving it, I found that some bolts were missing, which was no fault of Adam's. He got on it right away and ordered the bolts to be shipped directly to me and made sure everything was resolved after I received the bolts. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Fort Street Cycle in the future.
Generally these guys are good but a while ago I took bike bike here to get a new rear wheel and tire. They put on a significantly deeper wheel and a smaller volume tire and now I get flats all the time on it. I went back the day after but they wanted me to pay for a new tire rather than just take back the incorrect one they gave me and allow me to buy a new one minus the cost of the incorrect tire.
