Not sure why so many negative reviews. At move in house wasn’t the cleanest, but Management quickly resolved the issue. We have had a few maintenance issues where I felt they weren’t the best taken care of, but that’s all property management- once I expressed my concerns maintenance was better resolved. A lot of reviews talk about drama on Manila, however I have lived here for three years and haven’t had a single issue. Small backyards and no garage, but we have made it work. Let me start off by saying- this place has a lot of potential. The maintenance team always did a good job for us. The neighborhood is in a great area. The beach is only a minutes walk. We were genuinely excited to live here. Fort Story is in a great school district. I only wished all of the above were enough to have stayed living at Fort Story. We lived there for only 1.5 years. Multiple neighbors warned us upon move in over a specific female resident on Manila but we decided that we would just continue to be the good people... read more
Aside from a certain female resident on manila who harasses and bullies, it wasn’t a bad place to live. The upkeep on the homes and yards could be better. Fort Story is one of the nicer base housing locally because they are newer.
Team is extremely helpful and takes care of those they have responsibility for. Excellent work.
