I called with a small but urgent problem. They managed to find a plumber within 2 hours. Ron was quite friendly; he came and fixed the problem and even made an adjustment to prevent recurrence. I was quite happy with the entire process.
This place is not good, the lady who answers the phone is very, very rude, pretty much the worst attitude a human being can have, Jim Saltsman is the owner he gave him own self 5 stars on here lmao, so I probably wouldn't trust any of the 5 stars because these people are messy, qaulity of work is much of a 12 year old kid. They don't clean up after they are done at your home, they have a bunch of misfits working there including the owner amd his wife whom I think is the lady who answers the phone.
