Receptionist does not answer the phone or return phone calls. Tried calling several times and leaving multiple messages. Every single time we need anything, we have to make a special trip to the office to get any results. I'm not sure if it will help, but I certainly will be trying to make a complaint to the College of Physician and Surgeons. This kind of incompetence in a doctor's office is absolutely unacceptable! I regret that I had to leave a 1 star rating as that was too generous in my opinion!
