This place started out so well and I had high hopes. Now it takes months to get a appointment and that's only if they don't cancel and reschedule. This isn't care anymore. Just people doing the absolute bare minimum to get by and get paid.
Great knowledgeable staff, great doctors and nurses
Been hung up on 4 times now by the same individual while attempting to make an appointment. This is absolutely asinine that I am forced to now drive to Fayetteville to seek care. Extremely sad you treat not only vets this way but retirees.
Staff here doesn't want to do their job or anything extra. It's like pulling teeth to ask my doctor for regular labs they become argumentative when you ask for things. Denied care and imaging for injuries that were sustained during Search and rescue missions while serving my country. Mental health issues? Psychiatrist will deny you medications that help and prescribe other crap that will give you several side effects.
