horrible experience management of office is seriously lacking in the responsibility department . Because they drag their feet and have no organization I had my license suspended because they could not adequately set appointments up and remember commitments .Very unorganized would suggest going somewhere else strongly.

Great people, beds & bedding are pretty rough. For as much as they charge they definitely should upgrade beds & bedding! I was so worried about going to do my overnight test & in spite of the accommodations the guy that checked me in & took care of me put me at ease & to my surprise I actually slept a couple hours. Wish I could remember his name, it was August of 2019.

Terrible service and complete waste of time and money. They have continued to waste my time and lie and take forever to get back to patients, go elsewhere

Doctor is very health conscious, promotes well-being. I enjoyed talking with him about ways to improve sleep through better health. Staff was very helpful, kind and seemed to genuinely care about helping. During my sleep study the technician explained everything and kept me well informed and at ease.

Very poor customer service. Failure to follow up or even request approval for insurance. Have to make multiple phone calls to this office to remind them to do their job, in which case they still fail to do. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for sleep studies. Update two months later: Office charged for services not rendered. Ignored multiple phone calls for record requests and finally admitted they didn’t have certain records and admitted that sleep study wasn’t completed or that they’d lost the records
