Ordered a 5 pound bag of roasted coffee from their online shop and was sent the wrong type of coffee. I ordered El Scorpion Farms and they sent Gran Quetzal Huehuetenango. The coffee arrived in a box with no note of explanation or invoice, just the wrong coffee. To their credit they did issue me a refund and admitted their mistake after I called them and also told me I could keep the incorrect bag they sent but that coffee was so stale and undrinkable I threw it in the trash. BUYER BEWARE!

This was one of the most unwelcoming customer service experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. We visited while the shop was still open, with about 10 minutes until closing. My friend from out of town was ordering in front of me and simply had a few questions about the summer menu. The employee was visibly irritated that she was asking questions.
