Nice condos.
Rented an apartment here for one year. Here's our pros and cons: Pros: Our unit had amazing views and really great sound insulation between units. Our unit was nicely finished and fresh (finishes vary depending on owner) . The hotel staff was very sweet to us on all counts. Cons: Elevators were a recurrent issue and we experienced stretches of time where we had no elevators at all. Our unit's bathrooms often smelled like weed from someone smoking in another unit. The units are sizable, the views are great and the location is close enough to downtown while having great parking. The homeowners are still working through issues to make this a premium location. Things like package delivery/storage amd cleaning service need to be worked out with the management company.
