Tiara from the Shafter housing office was amazing! She was super friendly, over communicated, and was interested in what my preferences for housing were. She never guaranteed anything to us but she “listened”, and showed us the available floor plans. The first one didn’t work out and she got right back into her data base and found one that really hit the nail on the head. We LOVE this house!!! LIKE REALLY LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! Thank you Tiara

My husband and I met with a consultant, Mrs. Tiara from the Ft Shafter Region. She was very helpful in answering our questions regarding properties withing the community. She showed us the layout of an available unit and described the flow/amenities of living in the neighborhood. While my husband and myself haven't actually signed a lease as of yet with Island Palm Communities/Ft Shafter. We felt like we understand things more clearly now thanks to her.
Minimal wait, thanks to Mrs. Jean Camacho for working late and early morning, just to accommodate all Service member's needs. She utilized her personal time to complete our Lease and move in the following day. Mrs. Camacho and her great staff need to be recognized by the company for doing such a great job helping Service Members.
